To ensure the health and safety of our players, coaches, and their respected families, CYDC Panthers Basketball will be strictly following all guidelines and recommendations made by the Alberta Government and Alberta Health Services. The following guidelines will be followed for the foreseeable future and any changes or modifications will be based on the recommendations of the Alberta Government and Alberta Health Services and may be made without written notice.
MASKS: Masks must be worn by all players and coaches when entering and exiting your practice facility. In addition, masks must be worn by players and coaches when entering and exiting off-site cohort games.
CONSENT FORMS: Our COVID-19 participation consent form is to be completed no sooner than 24 hours before every academy session, BHL session, and any subsequent practices and games. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the inability to participate. As such, CYDC Panthers coaches and administrators reserve the right to refuse participation for anyone who is showing symptoms of COVID-19, those with known but undisclosed travel outside of Canada in the 14 days before participation, and failure to produce the participant consent form. SPECTATORS: In order to control the number of people within our facilities at one time, no spectators will be permitted during all academy sessions, BHL sessions, practices, games, and any other CYDC event until further notice.
Please bring the following to every session:
Upon arrival, your designated coach will take your temperature and collect your consent form. While we recognize that although the need for a new consent form for every session may seem redundant, COVID-19 symptoms can appear without notice. Safely conducting our CYDC Basketball Programs is our top priority and your cooperation is appreciated.
